During the recent Charter Spectrum Cable Channel Lineup Reprogramming, our proprietary park channels 9.1, 9.2, 9.3 & 9.4 were dropped from our channel lineup do to oversight during Charter’s onsite survey. We have been working diligently with the Charter team over the past month to get these channels reprogrammed back into our lineup.
As of Thursday, May 23 we received confirmation from Charter that the channels were reprogrammed into our lineup as channels 27.1, 27.2, 27.3 & 27.4 (the channels in the 9 range were no longer available). When performing a channel scan or auto program these channels should show up on your TV with the title Local 1, Local 2, Local 3 & Local 4. While these channels were up for the Memorial Weekend, they were not functioning properly and streaming our local content.
On Tuesday, May 28 a Charter technician was onsite to address the programming issue and get the channels back up and running. The channels are now broadcasting our park content once again.
