By the time you read this the golf season will have started. The course will be doing more self-service food at our food counter. We will be doing Breakfast burritos, Breakfast sandwiches,
and some new sandwiches for lunch. We have golf leagues in the morning and in the evening, so come down and check for openings on the League Board in April.
A reminder for all members: Associate Members do need your Sandy Pines picture member card at time of check in at the course.
Something new this year…we have a Drop Box at the door for your green fee if the Pro Shop is not open. I started this last fall and it has worked well so far. If you’re playing one or nine, please pay your $3 at the Pro Shop. This program was used in past.
Here are some important dates for the 2018 golf season:
June 22, July 21, August 4–starts at 7 pm, food served beginning at 5 pm;
Junior Golf League Program:
June 20, 27, July 11, 18, 25 and August 1 at 8:30 am;
June 24–Back nine starts at 4 pm;
July 15–Back nine starts at 4 pm;
June 16, starts at 8:30 am and goes until 2 pm. $35 for members and $40 for guests. 18 Hole event includes food and prizes;
August 18–starts at 8:30 am and goes until 2 pm $35 for members and $40 for public players;
June 9, July 14, and August 25. The first tasting/ pairing begins at 2 pm and a second one if enough necessary, will be held at 3:30 pm. These events are presented by Acqua In Vino, the cost is $9.50/person – and you keep your wine glass! Must be 21 to participate. Sign up online on our Events Calendar to ensure your spot.
